Bucuti and Tara Beach Resort, Aruba 2018 - Our 7th Anniversary

There is a very nice though small market in the Alhambra mall. We were grateful to be there 10 full days with a travel day on either side, and we enjoyed every minute of it. There is a reason this place is 1 on Trip Advisor! We mainly worked with Toine and Madeline who also ensured that I had many gluten free options, including crackers, pita chips, pancakes, you name i!

This was simply the best we could have asked for as a honeymoon and somewhere we intend to spend anniversaries or any other special occasion, even if that occasion is "just because".

The room: We opted for the Tara Beach Suite. We had great encounters with each and every staff member we met, from front desk, to concierge, to housekeeping, to maintenance.

We loved it and are already planning our next trip! Kathania, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to ensure I had gluten free food available, and past that, any time she would see us, she would come up to us and see how our latest excursion had gone.

Upon arriving we were warmly greeting my the front desk representative. I recommend this resort to any adult, bucuti and tara excursions, or group of adults looking to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of Aruba. We made our reservations through their website and added on the Honeymoon pacakge, which included a welcome package champagne, chocolates, cheese and crackersa romantic dinner on the beach, a sunset sail and two Bucuti tshirts.

You know they care about you when the little things mean as much as the big things. I had another little "mishap" but the amazing manager and owner were so kind and gracious in making me feel better, they truly want their customers to be happy! But nonetheless, the gracious front desk offered to move us to another room, but we were okay, we stayed in our room.

Of course, we stopped at the towel shack to not only receive towel but a second one that fits perfectly over the padded chair. In fact, we were given two, really nice reusable water bottles upon check in that we have taken with us everywhere. Additionally, they worked with us on every detail or question we had.

This place is definitely all it's cracked up to be and lives up to the reviews!! If we could, we would have submitted a note about each one of them but after writing nearly 15, we thought one stating "All Staff" would help send the message!

They truly treat you as if you are the only person here, and that is a great feeling, especially on such a special occasion as celebrating your new marriage. We were offered champagne and wet towels for our hands. As you check in, you are bucuti and tara excursions a glass of the infamous Chandon champagne, of which, another bottle and two keepsake glasses were in our room.

I haven't seen a single plastic bottle of water since we arrived. I sent a few emails to the concierge, prior to our arrival, asking for help with dinner reservations and such. They are ISO click at this page, which is a huge representation for them!

We do not have a bad thing to say about Bucuti. The breakfasts are to die for and are included in your stay! I visited Bucuti for my honeymoon and split up my stay between Bucuti and another hotel in the high rise area, I am writing this review while still in Aruba because I cannot get over how wonderful Bucuti is and how nicely we were treated.

The kitchen area was fully stocked and prices were listed for all items Even so, based on the advice of some other Trip Advisor members, we went shopping on our first day and stocked up on beer Amstel Brights and some snacks as a way to keep our costs down.

Maybe that's a bad thing habut it was appreciated nonetheless. Everything was very clean and in perfect working order. Tara Lounge was completely indoors no need to keep the birds away from your food and has a coffee machine that makes lattes, cappucinos and the like.

We also worked with the concierges for several of our amazing dinners we experienced.

The open-air restaurant had someone making omlettes to order and coffee was brought to your table on request.

Special thanks to Tamara, Madeline and Toine for all of their help. We went to our Bucuti and tara excursions Suite which is a modern, beautifully appointed room.

What a nice touch! Fresh fruit, pastires, yougurt, eggs, bacon, sausage were all on the menu daily. There was usually a more local type option each day as well. Mario nicknamed Super Mario, of which he lived up to everything the name meanstook us to our room.

There are sliding doors to separate the living area from the bedroom, if necessary, which is a nice feature. From the second we arrived, we were greeted by outstanding staff. Now for my full review. What was overly impressive to me is his commitment and thus the resort's commitment to sustainability.

We were escorted to our room and given an overview of some of its features. Again, very helpful and courteous. It was everything the website had shown and more! Actually, we were met outside by a Bucuti representative who helped us with our bags and walked us inside. We were able to balance with excursions and beach time.

Check in was quick and easy. Each "station" has two chairs with incredibly comfortable pads, as well as an umbrella. Just needed to air out the room, bucuti and tara excursions all.

He ensures Bucuti is a place that he would vacation, and that means a lot when you look at it from that perspective. This resort is located in the low rise area, which is more quiet, as opposed to the high rise area where the "action" is.

Timing was perfect for sunset. Free breakfast: We tried the breakfast buffets and both the Tara Lounge and the beach-side restaurant. They take great care with your belongings and also have turn down service. We did notice a musty smell to the room, but it turns out the resort had been closed for a month due to renovations, and two humidifiers were in the room which we turned on, and the smell immediately disappeared!

The housekeeping service is also great. Those little things go a long way, such as gluten free crackers and click to see more. They don't charge for miscellaneous items like WIFI and umbrellas.

The balcony overlooked the beach and had a lovely ocean view. They are in the process of building a new restaurant and I'm looking forward to checking it out on our next visit. They offered us champagne and cool washclothes while we were filling out the paperwork.

You never have to wake up super early to get a beach hut, there are plenty available. Basically, stay here if you want to be pampered and treated like royalty, like family.

The resort manager Deborah Dintelman and owner Bucuti and tara excursions Biemans are two of the most wonderful, kind, gracious people you will ever meet. This is the most peaceful, beautiful resort. There was a bottle of champagne, Gouda cheese, Carr water crackes, and Ferrero Rocher chocolates as a gift to celebrate our honeymoon.

The restaurant: As part of the honeymoon package, we had a romantic dinner in one of the palapas right on the beach.

He was a pleasure to speak with about the property, it's upcoming improvements with the new restaurant, and most importantly, seeing how much he cares about the guests and their experiences. The server was lovely and took plenty of pictures of us for us.

Breakfast was not gourmet by any means, but good and filling and plentiful. We also opted to eat at the restaurant proper one night and the duck entree was one of the best things I've ever eaten.

Everyone was wonderful and this truly is the "One Happy Island". This is an excellent resort in every sense of the word. That is just another "little" item that makes the hotel so outstanding. They were very helpful. We worked with one of the many amazing concierges We worked with one of the many amazing concierges to book all of our excursions. It's so refreshing to be treated like family and not just a number! I couldn't believe my eyes and simply felt so blessed that we could be here. They have such an assortment of delicious food for breakfast, plus this amazing Dutch coffee that puts American coffee to shame. They respect tourists and want them here, and they treat you as such. We immediately changed into our bathing suits and walked out our back door immediately onto the beach. We had two great servers on the beach, Orville and Angelo, who knew our drinks, our room number, what we ate, and anything else such as keeping ice in our bucket of beer! The staff care about you here, and as a business owner myself, I think very highly of the management, as they drive the staff. They truly know how to treat their guests and make guest service their number one priority. That was amazing on its own and little did we know it only got better and better and better! Food was very good. We could not have asked for a better resort filled with happy, committed, and intelligent staff. Aruba came highly recommended as a honeymoon location and thanks to Trip Advisor, we decided to stay at Bucuti! Mmm I'm still thinking about it. We had the good fortune of meeting the owner of the resort, and what a lovely man. Our jaws dropped to the floor when we entered our Tara Suite. I can't wait to go back! The offerrings at both, besides those items, were almost identical.
